My name is Ally Sabra
this is my story

where a dream is becoming reality for me and many others.

There is a story behind this coffee shop, built with love.

I was born with challenges and have faced many struggles growing up, but nothing ever stopped me.

I kept going— always strong, always determined, one step at a time.

I've always wanted to work, to grow, and feel proud of what I can do. What I needed wasn't less...it was opportunity.

So this coffee shop was built for that dream— to give me a place to work, and to open the door for others like me who deserve the same chance.

The Snug Mug is filled with patience, kindness, and second chances— where people are given time and space to shine in their own way.

The Snug Mug is more than coffee. It's joy. It's belonging. It's a chance to grow.

The Snug Mug gives students a chance to learn by doing — greeting guests, preparing orders, and working as a team in a real café setting, supported every step of the way.

Students are introduced to café tasks in a supported, low-pressure environment designed for real growth.

Repetition, encouragement, and teamwork build confidence over time. Every shift is a safe space.

Students take part in real customer interactions — greeting guests, handing off orders, and taking pride in their work.
